The 45° ergonomic wedge with binocular turntable neutralises different body heights and working positions in the turning range of ±24°. The varioscope extends this flexibility into the vertical dimension. Different working distances can be continuously adjusted, ranging from 200mm to 350mm with the SOM 4dent 300. Those with longer arms or sitting further from the patient simply increase the working distance.
