The colposcopic findings documentation serves several purposes. It confirms the diagnosis, allows for monitoring progress, and facilitates communication with colleagues and patients. An image of the acetowhite area, taken before the biopsy, documents the sample's location. During the follow-up after three months, comparison shows whether the therapy has been successful.

The Kaps Media Work Station BE organises the visual material in an electronic patient record. Images and videos are automatically assigned to the correct patient, findings comments can be added, and HTML reports are created automatically.
