The SOM® 62 Ophthal Advanced is the fully motorized top solution for all types of eye surgery – from cataract to retinal surgery. The apochromatic motorized 1:6 zoom (3.7 – 22.8x) enables stepless magnification changes during the procedure. The swiveling binocular tube (0-210°) offers maximum ergonomic flexibility even during long operations.
All motorized functions – zoom, focus, XY coupling and light intensity – are operated via the multifunctional foot control. The proven 15V/150W coaxial cold light illumination with retinal protection filter ensures optimal visualization with maximum patient protection. Optionally, the integrated video system “Vision” can be added.
