The Kaps Pro ENT High End Manual is a powerful, manual surgical microscope specifically designed for routine ENT procedures and demanding examinations. It combines high-quality optics with intuitive handling and is ideally suited for outpatient surgery centers, smaller clinics, and laser centers.

Flexible lighting systems

The device offers cold light illumination (15 V/150 W) with high light intensity for clear visibility in hard-to-reach areas, as well as optional LED illumination with daylight-like color temperature, silent operation, and a lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours.

Apochromatic optics with 5-step magnification changer

The apochromatic optics deliver razor-sharp, bright, and high-contrast images for precise diagnostics and procedures. It enables magnification from 3.2x to 20x with excellent depth of field.

Sterility and adaptability

Asepsis caps and drapes ensure sterile operation during the procedure. Mobile stand options such as a compact floor stand for small operating rooms or a ceiling stand with a large swivel radius offer flexible application possibilities.

Ergonomic design

The 45° swivel coupling with balancing device enables easy positioning and stable balance, even with additional accessories such as cameras. The manual fine focusing (40 mm) allows precise adjustment of the working distance (200–400 mm) without changing lenses.

Precise movements

The Kaps Pro ENT surgical microscope enables exceptionally fine and controlled movements, which are crucial, especially in microsurgical procedures in the ENT area. The sophisticated mechanics and the balanced balance of the microscope head reduce unwanted vibrations and thus make it easier for the surgeon to work precisely during longer operations. Especially with delicate structures such as in the middle ear, in paranasal sinus operations or in larynx surgery, this high degree of precision offers a decisive advantage for successful interventions and optimal patient results.

Easy integration

The sophisticated design of the Kaps Pro ENT microscope allows seamless integration into existing OR environments and workflows. Thanks to its compact design, it can also be accommodated in confined spaces without restricting the freedom of movement of medical personnel. The modular expandability enables easy retrofitting with additional components such as C-mount cameras for high-resolution video documentation, teaching devices for assistant physicians or special filter options for various applications. This makes the microscope a future-proof investment that can keep pace with the growing demands of a modern ENT practice or clinic.
